Understanding Available Resources
Overview
In addition to the technical documentation available for the FX system, there are additional
resources you have for obtaining important functionality information on these systems. This
section introduces these resources.
Dealer Resource Center
• On the Comdial web site, Comdial maintains a Dealer Resource Center that is a private,
password-protected resource for qualified Comdial dealer technicians. You access the Dealer
Resource Center from the address http://echannel.comdial.com. The Dealer Resource Center
contains support information on a variety of subjects including:
* Product information (including product specification sheets and service advisory
bulletins)
* Software upgrades (software revisions for products including the FX family, DXP Plus,
and DSU II)
* Technical publications (including user guides, installation manuals, and technical
advisory bulletins)
* Sales resources (including marketing presentations and artwork, price books)
* Training information (including online courses, course schedules, and course outlines)
• The Dealer Resource Center is updated daily and contains the most recent information
available.
